It is caused by abnormal growth of cells that can invade or spread to other parts of the body. The disease can be prevented by being physically active for at least 30 minutes daily, avoid being overweight and avoid sugary drinks.

On the other hand, Breast Cancer is the disease that affects a woman’s breast typically. Although the precise causes of breast cancer are unclear, among the most significant factors are advancing age and a family history of breast cancer. Regular breast cancer screening is vital, although breast cancer cannot be prevented, one can take the first and most easy step to help detect it earlier with a simple breast self-exam,that means to examine your breast on your own.
